RYDE Policy

What your reservation includes
A RYDWAY reservation covers round-trip transportation and the onboard ride experience only — a seat on a premium coach from Downtown Dallas to Dallas Stadium and back, with onboard support. Match tickets are not included and must be purchased separately.
Pickup & drop-off
Rides depart from Downtown Dallas — ( REUNION BLVD E ), curbside pickup next to hotel parking. Pickup and drop-off locations may change; if adjustments are required, RYDWAY will notify you with updated instructions. Pickup instructions at Dallas Stadium are shared by your driver and through our SMS messaging system. Please arrive on time — coaches depart promptly.
Onboard conduct
- Travel with fellow fans — keep it respectful and safe for everyone on board.
- Team flags are welcome as long as they do not block windows, aisles, doors, emergency exits, or the driver's visibility.
- Follow all instructions from your driver and onboard host.
- Please take all of your belongings with you after drop-off.
